Waiver
I and my heirs waive and fully release any and all rights which I might have against St. Peter School, St. Peter Church, the City of Huron, race directors, volunteers, race sponsors, promoters, and officials and all related parties and affiliated due to accident, injury or illness which may result from your participation. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use photographs, motion pictures recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I further attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this event. I also attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event.
