COVID-19

At this time our race is scheduled to take place in person with certain COVID-19 procedures in place.  We will be working with local health officials to ensure a safe event for all participants.  Please understand:

If COVID-19 restrictions are imposed that we are not be able to hold an in person race, your registration will be moved to a "virtual participant".  There will be no refunds granted.  Your race registration is considered a donation to St. Peter School.

• As a participant, I understand that I may not participate if I have had any of the following symptoms the day of or at least 48 hours prior to the event: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
• As a participant, I understand that I may not participate in the group event if I have traveled out of state or out of the country in the past 14 days prior to the event.
• As a participant, I understand that I may not participate in the group event if I have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
• Packet pick up will be Friday, October 29 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and race morning from 8:00 a.m. to race time.
  
• Participants, spectators, and volunteers are expected to maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more between people not in the same household.
• There will be no congregating before or after the race. 
• Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before race time and report directly to the starting line.
• Masks will be required of all participants until social distancing can be assured.
• Please limit the number of spectators.  We ask that they distance themselves appropriately from other groups.
• Once you have completed the race, we are encouraging all runners to leave.  There will be no congregating of any kind allowed.

• AWARD CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE outside at the playground at the ROCK immediately following the conclusion of the Kids Pumpkin Fun Run.
